With a background in clinical psychology and specialized training in Systems-Psychodynamic Coaching from the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations, I bring a deep understanding of what drives people and organizations to perform at their best.

My approach combines structured thinking with deep insight into human behavior — enabling leaders and organizations to move from confusion to clarity, and from friction to performance. I'm also a certified member of the British Psychological Society and hold CIPD qualifications in people development.
